In this article two of our pioneering participants from IAG, Julie Mavraidis and Stephen Everett, were interviewed on their experiences in the program so far. In the long term residential program that Julie and Stephen are taking part in, the strong focus is on the lab as a learning environment - a place to experiment with different style and techniques, to test out new ideas, and to challenge yourself. In business, the opportunity to experiment is limited by the need to succeed, meaning that many learning opportunities are not utilised and pass people by. Julie and Stephen both point to aspects of the program they found immediately applicable to their work environments.
