The ALL team has designed a unique leadership program based on innovative research and training techniques. This curriculum has been developed into a multi-stage program spanning between 2 and 5 years among our Industry Partners, with some 'core' components, and other highly adaptive and individually tailored sessions designed in close consultation with the company concerned.

In addition to the teaching and research components of the ALL, we also hold seminar style functions with an invitation to members of the research community to speak to the group on their particular field of interest. This cross-pollenation of ideas has led to some fruitful discussions and interesting research questions.
